STUDIO ASSISTANT WANTED

We are seeking an individual to fill the part-time (potential for full-time) Studio Assistant position.

This role requires a team player who is open and flexible towards taking on multiple responsibilities in an ever-changing deadline driven environment. The individual must be highly organized, articulate, and can work on tasks independently. Disclaimer: we have a studio dog therefore, a love of dogs is essential.

Studio Assistant roles include: 
Administrative duties
Order product and track deliveries
Receive phone calls, emails, and visitors; direct calls/emails to appropriate team member
Ability to act and communicate professionally at all times with both Design Team and suppliers/sales reps.
Input product pricing and details into database
Create/send client and vendor invoices and purchase orders
Maintain Studio (sweeping, cleaning, garbage, put away samples)
Take notes at team meetings and communicate meeting minutes to team
Track and maintain studio item inventory
Organize and maintain sample library
Social media and marketing support
Assist with client home “Reveals” and photoshoot days
Run studio errands – Owning a car is essential
Maintain a stylish and presentable appearance

Preferred Experience:
Office administrative
Customer service
Knowledge of Interior Design industry would be a plus
