Designing Back presents: An Evening with Jonathan Chapman and Friends, a Fundraiser for PCL. 

Parents for Community Living KW Inc. (PCL) is a not for profit charitable organization offering meaningful services and supports persons with exceptional needs in our community. PCL provides respite, residential and day supports and supported Independent living services at twelve locations throughout Waterloo Region. PCL provides support to over 160 children, youth and adults with developmental disabilities.
